Job Title : UI/UX Designer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Take end to end ownership to lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver software development projects supporting various business units.
• Handle resources and get hands-on, if needed, to solve technical problems faced by the delivery team.
• Handle customers to ensure delivery is aligned to their expectations.
  Work across the organization including teams responsible for technology, operations, security & Compliance and user care.
• Well versed with agile software delivery methodology.
  Design, Develop and Maintain a detailed work breakdown of tasks to be accomplished for the initiative and ensured that tasks are getting accomplished on time and within budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various leads and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation and delivery.
• Maintain project plans that merge vendor requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
• Ensure that solutions are being delivered are per standards of availability, scalability and security point of view and that is done on time with the highest quality.
• Ensure that all delivery artefacts are reviewed and are according to the standards and guidelines
  Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to encourage, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.
  Support Lead Technical resource with project critical functions including but not limited to reporting, invoicing, project tracking and SOW analysis.
• Provide strong and deep technical insights in various disciplines across delivery.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry standards, methodologies, processes and best practices.

Job Qualifications:

Education:

Required: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university OR minimum of five years of experience in a professional services organization

Preferred:

Master’s Degree in Computer Science

Experience:

• Minimum 5-10+ years experience in managing IT projects
  Proven experience working with end User Computing- program & project Management, Systems Requirements, Systems Design and Delivery, Quality Assurance.
• Adept in stakeholder management and executive communication (both verbal and written) as well as presentation skills.
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment with geographically dispersed associates and vendors.
• Previous experience in implementing project management best practices, tools, metrics and standardization of processes.
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating with deliverables across various groups to accomplish system deliverables and goals.
• Ability to analyze business needs, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas, conferring with business line leaders, documenting and making verbal and written presentations.
• Demonstrated on-time and on-budget system delivery skills and experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Office365.
• Must understand Workplace technologies standards, processes and terminologies.
• Ready to travel if required for this position.
