She is a seasoned human resource manager at Sankey Solutions with expertise in strategic designing of the work environment. Her integral part of the job includes talent development, business strategy, designing employee’s experience, internal branding, and grievance management.

Her expertise in designing road maps for employees’ growth has enabled every employee to unveil their potential at Sankey Solutions.

Meena possesses the capabilities to understand, interpret, plan, and present well-rounded 360-degree guidance and mentoring to the employees.
