  • What was your takeaway from the most challenging project that you have undertaken?

We had a project that involved a massive digital revamp of Data Representation. The challenge here was that the data used to change a lot and had the supernumerary amount of noise. Every time we came closer to the new dawn, the data made its way to show different complications.

I had to think out all possible situations. Sankey Solutions gave me an opportunity to develop the ability to self-introspect. They enabled me to multi-task and think multidirectional.

  • Advice for your younger self?

Listen more, listen better, pay attention and remember. Sankey Solutions helped me gain confidence thereby adding a new syllabus in my life to always ‘Reconfirm and Proceed’.

  • A fun fact about you?

I happen to encounter a stale day. One thing that comes to my mind is “Chal Kuch achha khate hai”. All of that thought starts with one food ‘PIZZA’. If I won the lottery, I would buy a pizza restaurant and you already know why!

  • What was your takeaway from the most challenging project that you have undertaken?

Every business problem accompanies challenges. Every project has its own defined learning curve. However, for me, the major challenge was to manage client expectations and requirements. At Sankey, learned that communication is the answer to all the worries. Have a clear and concise communication with the client. Have thorough communication with the team. One who has mastered this art can tackle up any difficult situation that come their way.

  • Advice for your younger self?

If I could go back in time to advice my younger self, I would tell her to think about real world implementation and application of all the learnings. Carrying a pragmatic approach helps an individual to stay proactive. Sankey Solutions has surely developed this attitude in me.

  • A fun fact about you?

I love arts and craft with all my heart which make me a creative person and that’s probably the reason why I’m a Papyrophiliac!
